Friendly staff who fully understand your needs.
The pool was closed despite it being summer.

beautifully landscaped garden, captivating illuminated pond, convenient access to Shinagawa Station
The staining and dirt on the hallway carpets gives a poor first impression!!! Room interiors need urgent updating and better maintenance as they feel neglected compared to the grand lobby!!! Also, the shower curtain's musty smell is uninviting!!!

Comfortable Stay with Family
Our stay for two nights in a Superior Twin Room was enjoyable, although the hotel decor felt dated. The breakfast options pleased our family, especially the delicious roasted tomatoes. A shuttle service made reaching nearby attractions easier.

Very friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The pool was closed during summer, which was disappointing. Room conveniently located near the station. Dining options felt overpriced. Great internet access.

missingWrote a review on 14 Augbathroom conditioncigarette smell
When I first entered the room, a strong cigarette smell lingered, but opening the balcony door helped clear it up. The bathroom felt somewhat dated. for the price, I expected a more modern design, and the TV lacks smart features like Chromecast. Also, if you need laundry services, be prepared for steep prices, as a nearby laundromat suits better for budget-conscious travelers.

Perfect for families looking for comfort
The bellboy at the front was super attentive. He really helped us with our luggage and made sure we had everything before leaving for the airport. Like, he even ran off to help another guest right after he dealt with us, no wasted time. And the room? It was spacious, really clean and good for unwinding after a long day.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but still manageable in the grand scheme of things.

Great location and beautiful gardens
The hotel's location, just a short walk from Shinagawa Station, made it easy to explore Tokyo. The stunning gardens were a definite highlight, especially at night, and I loved the tranquil pond with koi. The room was comfortable, but it could use some updating and a better cleaning. Overall, it was a nice stay, but dining options were quite pricey and could be improved.
