The staining and dirt on the hallway carpets gives a poor first impression!!! Room interiors need urgent updating and better maintenance as they feel neglected compared to the grand lobby!!! Also, the shower curtain's musty smell is uninviting!!!

Our stay for two nights in a Superior Twin Room was enjoyable, although the hotel decor felt dated. The breakfast options pleased our family, especially the delicious roasted tomatoes. A shuttle service made reaching nearby attractions easier.

The bellboy at the front was super attentive. He really helped us with our luggage and made sure we had everything before leaving for the airport. Like, he even ran off to help another guest right after he dealt with us, no wasted time. And the room? It was spacious, really clean and good for unwinding after a long day.
